Local Marketing Solutions Group, Inc. Agrees to Acquire KMA One
Auctus Group Inc., a Chicago based investment banking firm, is pleased to announce its role as exclusive advisor to Local Marketing Solutions Group, Inc. (LMSG) in its acquisition of KMA One. The transaction was announced by Muhammad Azfar, Managing Principal of Auctus Group Inc.

Both Manning and McKenna will continue to work at KMA One in executive and production roles.
KMA One will continue to function as a stand-alone brand and will support the client needs of LMSG companies JGSullivan Interactive, DuFour Advertising, and WeblyGuys.
