Shannon Debord

Shannon is a creative professional with an extensive background in administration and non-profit work. Prior to joining the Auctus team, she held varied roles including serving as the Operations Coordinator in a historic landmark theatre in Atlanta, Regional Administrative Assistant at an integrated solid waste services company, and Finance Coordinator at a local Denver start-up. At Auctus Search Partners, Shannon assists with the Executive-Led and Executive Recruiting efforts, helping screening, selection, and matching candidates with clients throughout the recruitment process. Shannon holds a BA in Music, and teaches private music lessons around her work with Auctus. She lives in St Paul, Minnesota with her family, and is an avid reader and nature enthusiast.
